Twenty-Eighth Annual Spring Break Weekend

General Conference Information
The 28th Annual BBA Spring Break Weekend will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 and Friday, May 8, 2026 at the Westin Annapolis Hotel, 100 Westgate Circle, Annapolis, Maryland.
Registration includes the program materials, buffet lunch on Thursday at 11:00 a.m., cocktail party at Carrol’s Creek Café on Thursday at 5:30 p.m., dessert reception hosted by YVS Law at the Westin’s Captain’s Daughter Bar and Lounge on Thursday at 9:00 p.m., continental breakfast on Friday at 8:00 a.m., and luncheon on Friday at 12:15 p.m. The featured luncheon speaker on Friday is Judge Stephen Sfekas (ret.) who will discuss “Trials That Shaped Us.” Space is limited. The deadline to register is April 23, 2026. The BBA cannot guarantee that it will accept your registration if you fail to register by that date. A late fee of $25 will be charged for any registrations on or after April 10, 2026.
There is no registration fee for judges, judicial law clerks, or faculty members, but they are required to register for Spring Break.
All registrants will receive the Spring Break program written materials in a pdf file immediately before the beginning of the program. Any registrant may elect, at the time of registration, to also receive the written materials in a printed book for an additional $35.
The BBA’s room block with the Westin for the night of Thursday, May 7, 2026 is sold out.
