Topic:   Please join us for a discussion on the recent decision from the 7th Circuit, City of Chicago v. Fulton (cert granted), and a recent decision by Judge Kenney (E.D. Va.), In re: Nimitz, highlighting the issue facing the Supreme Court as to whether inaction by a creditor in not returning estate property (and thereby exercising control over it) violates the automatic stay.  There is currently a split in the Circuits on this issue.
