Dennis has been a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association since 1999. He is currently the Chapter Events Chair. Dennis has given numerous presentations on bankruptcy related topics, including arbitration in bankruptcy, the recently enacted Small Business Reorganization Act, and whether inaction can lead to a violation of the automatic stay.
