Please join the BBA on February 25, 2025, at 6:30, for a hybrid virtual and in-person Joint Chapter Meeting at Shulman Rogers in Potomac with presentations by Michael Lichtenstein and Benjamin Smith.  Ben will offer the the following presentation: “Allowing Service by Non-petitioning Creditors in an Involuntary Case- Closing an Open Door to Bankruptcy Abuse.”  Michael will provide an update on cannabis companies in Chapter 11.  Dinner will be provided for those who attend in person.  The association will circulate a videoconference link for those attending virtually.  We hope to see you there!
