A member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association since 2004, David has held numerous positions with the organization, including treasurer, Chapter Chair for the Baltimore chapter, At-Large Director – Baltimore, board secretary.  His commitment to the organization includes delivering presentations on bankruptcy-related topics such as UCC Article 9 sales, lien avoidance, non-dischargeability, expert witness testimony, bankruptcy issues facing schools and universities, and attorney ethics.  As president, he will focus on growing the MBBA membership and providing quality educational and networking opportunities for its members.
